This is, I feel, by far the best of the bunch as it pertains to the entries in this particular contest.
Featuring a good aabb rhyme scheme and good end rhyming, you've also managed to avoid the taboo words the contests creator asked yo to.
This gets my vote.

I enjoyed your romance poem, Mystery Author. I really like the title. You expressed your thoughts/feelings well. The picture is a great choice. I would make the font size a bit larger. The neon yellow is a bit hard to read. Thanks for sharing and best wishes. Jan

Thank you for sharing. Robert Frost once said "Poetry is when an emotion has found its thought and the thought has found words." It would seem to me this continues to ring true. My only suggest would be to smooth out the meter in places.
