Yeah, and I like how they stand on one leg. That's so cool. They must have great balance. If I stand on one leg too long, I'll fall down. I heard they're pink because they eat shrimp.

I think this is the first poem I have read about a flamingo. You capture their essence in your words, they do seem to be stars on display. Excellent use of words to capture this beautiful bird.

I had a geography professor in college who showed us slide shows of places he'd bee. On every slide show he had a plastic Flamingo "Pinky whi might pop up on the beaches of Hawaii or in a glen in Ireland, it was great fun.
