Hi Artisart4u
This free verse poem shows how some people go through life and keep giving to their community with out asking for things back. It is good to thank and praise these people for what they do.
Keep writing and stay healthy
Have a great weekend.

Thank you for reviewing my poem and giving me the five stars.

This is well-written and a wonderful way to point out those who work in and for their community. There are always the needy and sadly there are also the greedy who want things given to them rather than earn those things themselves. One correction: . . . sleeves and help(ed) . . . (remove ed)

I respect your opinion and we always need that.
Can you tell me if it is still wrong, if I was looking at it from something in the past not at the present? Any how thanks for reviewing my work and the stars. I will do what you recommend when you send me the answer.

I think it was well written. There was only one mistake, the -ed added to help. You have fixed the problem. Keep on writing.

Thank you.

This rhymed poem honors those who serve in so many places. It is always good to review the meaning of true service.
This ending line: Even today she still is involved in work for the needy, and of course the greedy.
I rather thought it showed the person does not discriminate against any socio-economic class. It just sounded a little funny that of course she would also help the greedy.

Thank you for remembering all those who serve in hospitals, the firemen and police and EMTs. May the Lord bless and protect them.
I like how you created a portrait of someone who is so faithful and gifted in serving and caring - starting from her youth.

Absolutely beautiful post. What a wonderful tribute this is to everyone who gives so much of themselves. I commend you and wish I had six stars as you did a remarkable job of taking us through the different stages of one of them.
Bravo, my friend. Great job! Love, Debi

Thanks for the five stars and thank you so much for reading this. The stars doesn't matter, I just enjoy people reading my works.
Being around people who doesn't mind lending a hand of really good.

I don't know what we'd do without people like this, especially these days when medical resources are so thinly stretched and extended families so widely scattered. Rolling up the sleeves and getting things done is the way to go and makes a great repeating line in your poem.
