Boy did you hit the nail on the head! A mother's day never ever stops! You wake up in the morning and the day begins. If you're lucky the kids have reached school age and you have time to clean the house, do the shopping, some laundry and prep for dinner before they come home and destroy everything again! Great job!

This is a fun read with many truths, nassus. Your lines red smoothly. I like the shorter length lines as that quickens the pace. It is like moms have little time to read poetry so make it short and succinct. Good job and thanks for sharing. Jan

This was great to read. I loved the "instant budget guru" and the "24/7 hotline on emergencies". She does it all in her stride and doesn't get, nor does she expect any recognition for it.

Yes, a mother's job is a very difficult and often unappreciated one! I like your "instant budget guru" and "24/7 hotline." And when all the emergencies are handled from a distance, we do miss those busy times - sometimes.
