'for' emergencies

Both suggestions are just suggestions, not requirements. this reads well and is penned with excellent conviction and I dare say, knowledge base. You seem to be pulling from life experience a tad :) Great image, strong writing, and perfect presentation. Good job, dear.

Boy, you could have written pages more on this topic. Mine always tried to be a marriage broker, loan consultant, friend, counselor, conscience, and even enemy at times.

Oh, I remember it well. The omnipresent Mummy. What a juggle it is to be one, but a task I wouldn't have been without. The illustration says it all. I liked your free verse a lot. All the best. Ulla:)))

A very well-written poem about any mother's daunting task she have to do and endure during a 24 hour day. All mothers can surely relate to this poem to be a handy man of all sorts.

This is a great, lighthearted poem about the trials and tribulations of being a Mum. I'm sure that people will be reading your poem and smiling with complete empathy and understanding. I have not yet had the privilege to birth my own children, although I hope to in the future, but I work in care looking after adults who have disabilities and that can be pretty similar to being a mother at times- lots of washing, cooking, feeding, showering, dressing. So in that sense I can empathise too. My favourite part is 'a jailmate or clown and 24/7 hotline on emergencies' just because it's the absolute truth. We all turn to our parents in times of tragedy no matter how old we are, and every parent has to play both the comedy and the jailer card depending on the situation. Lovely, humorous portrayal of motherhood x
