Well, we should always try to keep it jolly, but with the season and all...it's almost an imperative! :) LOL!! And, without doubt, you should always try to find time for a doughnut! :) ;)

Sure, all the last words rhyme, but at first I missed the 'z' word because I just looked at it without sounding it out - very good.

This is an unusual subject for this contest...and it's quite cute with the matching picture. Clever rhymes and slant rhyme too. I suggest dropping the commas for a smoother flow.
