I really enjoyed this one! I liked the bantering back and forth, and the assassin always being one up on the caller.
The very beginning got my attention. That was an awesome start.
The ending made me smile (hope that doesn't make me evil).
A really good read!

A picky hitman with a conscience, reminds me of John Cusack in Grosse Pointe Blank. Very well written with a nice twist at the end. Good luck in the contest.

I love the tongue-in-cheek tone you use here, especially in characterizing your hitman who could be Peter Falk's bumbling brother. And a very clever all-dialog format. This one has WINNER stamped all over it. Rod
