I like your response rhonnie69 to my poem
(now is this title to my poem that you are responding to--)
(( God's promise ))
What I really like is how you tell us of how much you trust in God, especially -- in this part
"None other than You can help and keep me,
Please hold my shivering hand."

Faith and conviction come across clearly. A powerful title followed by a prayer of the heart. Psalm 91 is the protective and comforting Word of God. Thank you for sharing.

HELLO DONKA KRISTEVA: Thank you for reading and complementing my work here. You are appreciated. Here I'm just praying to our God and being thankful toward Him. It pleases me greatly that you recognize the meaning of PSALMS 91, and how my prayer here is related to it. God bless you. Cordially: rhonnie69.

Blessings. The truths of Psalm 91 are a shield and protection. I've read testimonies of soldiers who recited this Psalm and lived through horrors of the war to tell their stories.

I like everything about this poem except one thing.my belief is God is a forgiving God not a pitying God, and I know my beliefs aren' any more valid than yours. Otherwise this had everything i look for in a poem. It rhymes, it makes sense, it's spiritual, and it touched me emotionally. Very nice job.

HELLO EARL: Thank you for reading and complementing my work here. You are appreciated. According to the, Random House College Dictionary the word pity means: sympathy excited by the suffering or misfortune of another...often leading one to give aid or to show mercy. I believe that mercy is favor that I get from our God, that I don't deserve, but I get if because of His forgiveness toward me. Thank you for your encouraging review. God bless you, Earl.
