What a beautiful, beautiful poem. I loved the dialog between the father and his little princess. The poem was very well illustrated. As to your author's notes, I hope the little girl doesn't tell her Mom 'Daddy said you were the biggest person in the family' and then leave it as that. (lol)
To sum it up, I really loved this!

I enjoyed the first half dozen lines, but after that it seems the childlike innocence departed with "we'll need to use your daddy brain here". I wish your comment,"hey mom..." were part of this story. The first thing I thought of was the child telling mommy she's is bigger than anything and the mommy/daddy conversation that would have next taken place.
