Love the artwork depicting both sides, the human and nature for your Quadrilew Trisha. Yes, we al need a place to call home, human and animal, surely this world's big enough for both forms. Lovely opening verse, and your repeated lines work well in a great read.
cheers,
valda

Good presentation. The photo is pretty and very interesting. Your syllable count if off in some places, but the poem read well. I messed up on mine, too. 8-)

A very well-written Quadrilew about nature and how humans have taken from nature more than they really deserve at the cost of the animals and nature itself

Thanks, Sandra - I especially thought of S. Africa with. The killing of
    Animals for ivory
And skins. In USA it?s for jackets shoes or watches and it?s people killed. Thank you wry much for your kind review. Hugs, Trisha

Kill is intendid - 'intended'

What an interesting format, dear. Your story of humanity vs nature is well rounded and addressed in a very adequate manner. Your explanation of habitat's domain and the whys, whens, and hows is formatted with simplicity and perfect syllable count. That final stanza, we've caused our poor wildlife to be on the hunt for a new home, is so profoundly driven home. Good job meeting the demands of the poetic style flawlessly! And might I add how absolutely perfect that image is? It's so lovely, but fitting to the topic of this piece.

Good luck, dear. Keep writing.

Hi

Excellent written poem. I have never done this form before but just going off your author notes. Your syllable count is spot on but if all the rhyme scheme is meant to be abab, then your rhyme scheme is out. The last stanza is correct, stanza 1-3 are out.

The artwork you chose is Gorgeous.

Great job

Regards
Tia

An interesting write Trisha, we all share this planet an we should give consideration to all creatures, humans being the most intelligent should allow all creatures to live in harmony allowing nature to take it's course without interference which is what I think you are saying here, love Dolly x

Yes, Man is too fond of taking for self because animals have no choice. I see it Florida all the time. When we came it was beautiful here . We were told ? Oh no! They can?t build on preserve land.? Guess what $ talks and less than 2 years after we bought,, they tore down many tress to build. Now, it?s like a concrete jungle, wildlife has disappeared.
Thanks so much for your review,
    Hugs, Trisha
