You have written two 'rental ads' in completion of a contest entry requirements. You are describing two very different types of rental units. The first one that you list is described as having all of the amenities that anyone could possibly want. In the second listing, you mention that the 'silver tongued property manager' will promise you anything your heart may desire, other than air conditioning. It will include all of the sinful pleasures that anyone might want, but it may require that the lessee sell his or her soul in order to live there. You have contrasted well between the two. Thank you for sharing and allowing me to review your work. tkbrown

It looks like these properties for rent are ideal locations for ghouls, vampires and recently renovated Bodies. Beautifully written, great entry in this contest, great wording to the advertisement, an excellent entry in this contest. Well done, blessings, Roy

I can't decide which apartment unit I want. They both sound good, except for the part about no air conditioner. You did a good job. One minor correction that I saw. I would add a comma between "best, diverse."

Thanks for the comma tip, I never thought about that when I wrote it. I'm honored by the six star rating, and this is the first time you've read any of my work. I appreciate you taking the time read and review my work.

These are great representations of both places, depending on your life choices. Paradise Lane is divine, full of joy, while Inferno drive will fulfill your dark desires. I also like how you added the "landlords". Great entry. I wish you good luck!

Dear Mystery Writer,

Cute... very cute. I've read several of these through the years and must say that you've added a lot of fun details that made me smile throughout both these ads. I expect your post will meet with approval and who knows? Maybe you'll get lots of responses! Good luck!
