Wow, what a clever write. The author was able to comply of course with all the requirements in this writing prompt entry. I would never be deceived with the ad in house rentals I guess, especially if it sounds like hell. Thanks for sharing.

Okay, I had to read the first ad twice to realize it wasn't a play on the city of Paradise lost in the Calif. fires. Both ads definitely fill the bill for the prompt. Good luck with this.

Very good ads for the rental properties. I think the descriptions of both are great. I have rented in both places in my life, but hope to rent for purchase in the heavenly one.

All you can eat buffets? There just might be a little bit of Heaven in a rental at 666 Inferno Drive. Still there's no air conditioning so I think many would prefer a place on Paradise Lane.
Well-written ads with great selling points for both places. It comes down to one thing. Who is the better deal maker? The experienced carpenter or the silver tongued property manager?
