Poetry in Motion

This is a lovely poem. I am pleased to see that we take meaning from nature in at least on similar way. Seeing nature poetically is the only way for me to look at the world around mne. And fortunately, that is full of nature. There may sadly be those readers who do not have the luxurious opportunity to actually see a monarch butterfly or any butterfly or bird, or to hear the song of water and stones rolling gently around or the whisper of the leaves. If the reader is also a poet at least within their poetic heart, they will be inspired to write. As you said, nature is always in motion. Some may think it is stagnant because they have lost sight, for the moment, of their muse and have themselves become stuck. Hopefully, this poem will bring about healing, that the reader/writer will once again be freed to create. Thank you for your gentle tribute to all of nature. I am voting for this one.

Wow, that butterfly photo is so breathtaking. It makes me yearn for spring! I loved your inspirational poem and the message that butterflies have a short life, but they sure make it count. "Till the music ends." What a lovely way to represent their short lives.

I like it. Yes, the butterfly knows what it is like to lack freedom of movement, which makes them appreciate the time they have. You have done well with your choice of artwork and the words you have attached to that artwork. The combination looks like spring! tkbrown
