I give out six-star ratings very sparingly, but your poem held me from the first line and never let go. You built the story up perfectly, allowing the reader to see the woman's changing emotions and wavering resolve, and to cheer her on when she finally commits to her action and sets herself free. (Not that I'm supporting murder, but she was driven to it.) Your rhyming and pace were excellent, and everything worked together to make a truly outstanding poem.
