Hopefully everything is running just fine and all taps are in prime working order now, Geoff.
Performing upgrades to your home, while sometimes necessary, can tend to be a bit pricey at times.

Yeah Bro we found out the hard way the first time around but at least we knew to take the shorter route the second time. Thanks for coming by. Have not seen you in a long time.

I had a similar problem with plumbing fixtures. If we're lucky, the parts are still available to fix the darn things. I'm glad you could find one that fit yours. Marilyn

Yeah well as I said we went the long circuitous, expensive route with the one in the kitchen so that experience help us "cut to the chase" for my bathroom. Thanks for this there is another one of these "fix-its" up on a Revive Certificate with a total change of the rhyme and extra verses as well. Cheers.

I am having problems near the same line here in my apartment. The plumbers have been here saying I have a leak and they may need to tare up the floor. Yours seem simple comparing.

Very nice work with this one and on a subject I can relate to. We had a renter that always tightened the bathroom faucet too tight and my mother got tired of having it replaced so she replaced him.

Sure is I saw a whacky review someone gave him! Sigh! I have an old poem I am re-doing and adding some more to, looks like it will get a Revive Certificate! Can't remember if you saw it before re me wiping letters of the keyboard. due to all my drugs.

Thanks Jan. Appreciate the great review. Did you read my wife's stuff on our travels way back? I am opening up her old account again as I mentioned earlier as a lot have asked for more detail on our travels. There won't be much funny money on it but look for Tootsie55 account and "Our Trips" book about our travels around Australia back when we were still driving, sadly no more. As I said it won't be heavily promoted as I only wanted to get it up for interested parties who asked and I held bacl writing on our trips to be fair to Louise (my wife) There is another fix it poem coming up hopefully today.

Hi there,
Homeownership often comes at a high price, doesn't it? I love my house, but I'm shocked at how much money we've put into the place this year. I'm sure you will be happier with your new faucets,

I enjoyed your poem regarding your faucet. You describe your delima clearly. Ultimately, you ended up with a one of a kind. Nice rhyme and flow. God bless you today : )

I am glad you found a successful solution. I am very frugal and always try make-shift solutions and half-way measures first. I enjoyed your including the original poem and all your rhymes, plus clever titles. Cheers- Joan

thanks Joan. We certainly learned not to go down the road we did with the kitchen sink tap where we paid for new taps BIG MONEY...then when the spout went it was found a better solution to go MIX there too...EXTRA MONEY OUTLAID! Funny thing is the people doing the job would not suggest...we had to make the decision ourselves! GOOD ONE THIS TIME! Thanks again. Watch for another solution story /poem coming.

Thanks for sharing your solutions and your encouragement to take independent action! Smiles- Joan

I am not sure how much you saw before we closed the account. I don't know if she will add to what she did but I am hoping she might write on her current sitation and other thoughts she might have in coming days.
