I have a feeling this is the same author who wrote a similar piece, yet, I must say, I really liked this also. It is not only the various descriptions of nature and its accessories in focus with couple, it is also the elaboration of such which makes this good.
I am giving this a six star.
Autumn and colours always provide a platform, good to see you use it.

You did a good job, Mystery Author, infusing your color words into the text of the poem in a way that they add to the beauty of the poem--not just as words that mean color. I like the personification of the trees/leaves. Your picture choice is a great pairing. This style of writing as referenced in notes fits your poem well. Good job and best wishes. Jan

As a music lover whose favorite season is fall, I love the metaphors and language in this poem. The rainbow poem format is new to me, it looks a little tricky but fun to try. You may have inspired me to try it!

I've never been to New Orleans, but I sure do hear it and see it in your poem. Rainbow poems are new to me and I appreciate that I'm learning something new. I'd like to use this as an example if I ever get around to writing one. Best wishes.

Wow this made me feel vibrant just reading it! Loved the concoction of colours, sounds and descriptions of various instruments. I felt I could see those autumn trees and leaves just having a boogie! And the image you chose to accompany the words is beautiful too- such vivid colours. A fantastic entry.

The rhyme is good, the imagery, vibrant and lovely, and the presentation is solid. You have brought Autumn to life in this poem. Beautiful imagery projected i can see the Maple leaves moving in the breeze and falling to the ground. Flowed well. My favourite season has become Autumn since moving to North West N.S.W
