Excellent. This is a very finely constructed poem. A silent flower that sings through its color. Each line has a key word; silent, sings, megaphone. The writing flows seamlessly. Very good. Hugh

Oh wow. I predict the winner. This is the best I've read. It's a flawless entry, and I wish I had a six for you! Good luck, I don't think you'll need it!

This is a lovely three line poem about the charming daffodil. They are one of the first to bloom and spring and I always look forward to them. They ARE a megaphone for the new season. Beautifully composed and displayed. Marilyn

Lovely one! I like contrast of the "silent" daffodil which "sings loudly" with its color. And then you give us a visual imagery with the daffodils cupped petals that does look like a "megaphone."

This is a nicely written and illustrate poem. I like the personification of the bright color and the megaphone metaphor. Good luck in the contest.

A very well-written three-line poem about the bright daffodils in the field that silently sing their song with trumpet like faces for everyone to see and adore in the gardener's flower garden.

DD, you have a winner here. I enjoyed reading your take on the daffodil .. one of my all-time favorite flowers. Well constructed and a colorful presentation. Well done.

I like how you brought out why a daffodil should be proud ' of its bright yellow hue that shines like the sun and looking at the shape of its bloom does look like a megaphone

It does look like a megaphone doesn't it? I never thought of that, it's very creative! Its color is loud too...they are beautiful flowers, one of my favorites. A nice entry for the 3 line contest..best of luck.

Superb three line poem - really states its case emphatically - alas we must wait for the passage of Autumn and Winter to experience its classic beauty once again
