I LOVE Shadow.. poor little baby. It breaks my heart with the millions of abandoned and lonely dogs and pets without a home, love or a warm place to live with food assured.. thank you for opening up your heart, and adopting Shadow.. We currently have 5 rescue
kid-dies.. all loved, unique and a blessing.. your loop poem was an excellent means of telling how they feel.. they can be happy, sad, lonely, mad or tortured, just like us.. the loop form, helped to re-emphasize some of the key points, in a very effective way..

This is a very effective and heartfelt Loop Poem. They appear so hard to do, but you make it look easy. I like the narrator of the piece being the abandoned dog. This is touching and sad, but true for a lot of animals left behind in parked cars, etc. I agree with your line above the title, "Dogs have the same feelings as us." Not only dogs, but all animals have emotions similar to ours. This is well written and represents the feelings of dogs very much. You are a kind person to adopt the stray dog who is written about in your piece. I am glad he is healthier and happier compared to when you found him. I love your mantra. Be kind to all animals! By the way, the photo of Shadow shows he is as cute as a button. Thanks for sharing and thanks for caring.
