Another unique penning to this contest. The flow of this piece was chosen to represent the ascending and descending summits of frosty Everest, correct? I see the personification dripping down the screen as I read this. With the flick of my fingertip, what an image. Nicely done, writer. This is just penned flawlessly and great form and honestly captures winter's essence! Good luck in the contest.

A very well-written personification of winter poem. The throne of Mr Winter is at mount Everest where many sacrifices were made over the years when human tried to reach the summit he sweeps them off with an ice-cold finger.

what an excellent view from a most "majestic" Mountain awaiting and deciding if the small ones (human) will be allowed to defeat it, very well written and best wishes for your contest****kahpot

Comment from Gloria ....
What a terrific entry into the contest this is. Talk about a little sinister in the ministry of winter. It's not just soft little white snowflakes and fluff after all, but rather a masterful poser.
Great job and best of luck to you in the contest. :)

The snow fumbles down the mountain leaving nothing unturned and then there's nothing in its sight. At least that's what I think your viewpoint of this is in your poem. Excellent poem! Good luck in the contest!

If ever there was personality in a personification, this is it! You capture whimsy, arrogance, pride and delight all in one poem. This mountain ain't playing second fiddle to nobody!
