Wouldn't want to try this and he's a big one too!. Might join the alligators lately in the news attacking people. So this is the start of the series-I always end up reading them backwards as I am always behind anymore in my reading.

Hi Bill,
No thanks-I prefer distance. Lol.
Just the word dragon puts me on edge.
The sheer size of the animal and its countenance is enough for me to sidle idly past.
Quite a play on words.
Blessings
Shirley

What an idiot this poor dumb fool is. Someone should ask her if she has ever tried to do a slow dance with a hungry lion in a phone booth? I wager that her answer would be "Of course not!" Well it makes about the same amount of sense for her to be messing with this monster's tail.

Hi Bill, I liked this 5-7-5 poem and the play with words in the last line. I wonder where you get all your ideas from in the Kingdom of animals. I must say that lady is very brave. All the best. Ulla:))

Hi Bill. This is weird. Not your poem. But in the notification message I got about this post it spelled Komodo in your title as "Comodo" with a C. Weird. Wonder why it messed up the title. That guy playing with the komodo's tail probably knows it just ate. Thank you for sharing

Brave lady. I'd be in the ready, set, go pose if I were in her place. lol
I don't think Komodo Dragons have much sense of humor.
I'm amazed at how many things you write about. Very entertaining.

What a strange looking creature. Nice double play in the last line. Good assonance with Comodo and folks. Also play and they. Alliteration with they and them.

These animals are fascinating, aren't they? I wonder if the woman in the picture knows how poisonous the saliva of this animal is?
Only thing I see wrong is the spelling. I believe it is komodo dragon.
It is a great 5-7-5 poem, and a perfect picture to go with it.

So here's my story. I also thought it was a K , but typed in 'comodo'. It popped up, there was a critter of the right species and the name spelled COMODO. However, I was on a split screen that showed the KOMODO DRAGON on the right and COMODO SOFTWARE on the left. I will change this now, thank you.

You're welcome, Bill.

This is a very interesting 5-7-5 poem you have penned. Is that a real dragon? It almost looks like a cartoon face on it. You used very good words with a very good picture. I enjoyed reading and reviewing it. Blessings, Teri

Yup, it's real. It's not even a big one, but the germs in its mouth are deadly if you're bitten. The lady in the picture is ill advised to be tugging its tail.
