Very good, almost reads like a prayer.Good flow of words and easy to read. Picture is perfect. The gray color is just right for this type of poem. More people should go to church, they may find comfort and joy. Good luck in The contest.

This is an excellent God poem contest entry. The poet presents Jesus's life in three six-line stanzas. Each two lines have end rhyme. Each stanza presents a stage in Jesus's life of service to mankind up to crucifixion. Well done.

Some of the language doesn't seem to flow naturally and feels a little clunky (for example, "for to dwell" and "only He could for my sins atone"). But the message comes through nicely and overall the poem evokes emotion, which is what good poetry should do. Wonderful job!
