Have you been spying on me in the mornings? ð??? Getting old is definitely not for the faint of heart. Waking up always hurts and I'm afraid it's going to continue to get worse with each passing year.

The thing I love about this is that it dramatizes something so ordinary. All of us of a certain age will relate to the adventure that is getting out of bed each morning - the sun in our eyes, bracing ourselves to get out of bed, and, of course, the neck "crackling like Rice Krispies" (great simile!).
