You have endured so much grief. I am heartened at your willingness to share your pain and your determination to avoid falling down that rabbit hole of depression ...
Perhaps writing poetry is as much therapy to you as it is to me and thousands of others. In the process you spread the good word about organ donations, remind us all that our LOVE for our family doesn't die with them, and we ARE stronger than we think to endure the pain and rise every morning with the new dawn.

I feel like the poem would flow better without the quotation marks, it almost looks like dialog, but there seems to be only one speaker. Also, perhaps adding a line clarifying that they died because the way it reads "lost" seems like it could be lost touch. Otherwise it is a well-written poem that flows nicely.

This seems to be a poem about the struggle between death and life. Poignant, intense, the words describe raw emotions and much pain. There is a glimmer of light as the author looks up to God and His presence and comfort, which relates to some of us when we lose what humanly counts the most. But God is always here!!
