I am shocked that somebody as sweet as you could say anything to cause a writer to get that upset. This person must have really thin skin. You're always a perfect gentleman even when you make suggestions. I think it's the other person who has the problem.

I still get notices so I muted then (THEM??) and they still come.

On occasion, I been muted by something I have said. I don't retaliate. I just don't read them until all is forgiven and they begin reading me again. If they never do, then it is their lost.

I think if Tom can't help you then there is not much you can do. they should stop when unfanned, but if not it's probably just a glitch. Best thing is treat it like spam and delete it straight away.

A very well-written notification, it is sad that a little disagreement makes people so bitter that they do not want you to read their work but you still get notifications, maybe you should look if they are still as a fan of yours and stop the notifications there.

Don't worry Geoff, one of mine muted me, I still got notifications but when I tried to get in I could not, but eventually he/she was quite old, not onsite anymore, she/he writing things into scripture that simply wasn't there, I'd do it again, but I was muted, don't worry Geoff, well done, blessjngs, Roy

Hello, is that a merino sheep in the picture? I am from a farming family, and merinos were what we had prizes for. I appreciated your flash fiction. It is hard when these things happen, but it's a pity you can't just get the notifications turned off, that way you wouldn't have to see their stuff. I had to unfan a couple of toxic people on the site, nice as pie at first, and then something manic kept popping up in their writings, well I'm not interested in reading their writing then, but you see, once I unfanned them, I don't get the notifications so I never know anything. Ignorance can be bliss, heheeh :)

Hi Anastasia yes it did look like a Merino. Merino's took off Down here in Aussie are you Aussie? Not sure we met before glad to hear you could turn off Notifications I can't Sigh! Not sure we have met before will try and find your stuff.

Thanks Jan someone else managed to stop Notifications but oh well. Appreciate you coming by. I loved the person's work and I miss not being able to even read let alone review their stuff. But, oh well.
