This is a short, concise definition of a priest. It is sad that many are so lonely. You can see this need to be a father in the way the best priests treat the children of their
parish.

Your encouragement to keep writing is greatly appreciated. Thank you for taking the time to read and review. Yes, my best friend of 30 years is a priest and his life full but somewhat empty at times. He is a magnificent shepherd.
Blessings,

A thoughtful piece. I like the play on 'Father', at the end. Has he found himself in love with his god, and truly wanting to be a 'Father' in the religious sense, as the capital letter suggests?
I've often thought it must be a lonely life, unless you truly achieve comfort and love from your god. Well written and good luck in the contest.

Hello, good entry for 'the life of a ... ' prompt, best of luck with this rather quirky entry. I liked the journey, and the play on words, it was good and so was your publishing choices, but you do have one error I will bring to your attention, you'll fix it in a jiffy, cheers, and thanks for sharing your writing, Ana :)
Alas, he finds (he finds - delete) himself in love.
