Such very cute cyborg mantis! It should be a hit! But what's glowing at the other end? Well, depending on the size of the cyborg, I think he has good chance of being stepped on.

Be afraid, be very afraid. If that ever happens I will call out my trusty friends the Transformers. They have already defeated the decepticons and so a mechanical Mantis should be Easy Peasy for them.

Hi, Bill;
Great photo to compliment this complex piece. I think you included all of the mythical monsters within your lines. I had to laugh at the reference to the Pokemon critters.
Thank you for sharing,

Im not sure about what the theme of this poem is so Ill comment on the poem's form and the structure of it with the black background and grey lettering. The stanzas are very entertaining Thank you for sharing Bill. Sorry if I knew more about it I could give more feedback.

I absolutely love the picture you chose. You have created a whole story, maybe chapter after chapter as Praying Mantis slowly or not so slowly takes each one on. Nice use of allusion here. I prefer to read poetry aloud. It's the only way for me. I love the alliteration you used. I could hear this over a megaphone or those old newsreels from high school with that great announcer. I would encourage the reader & you to enjoy that effect. It's fun. I even make my hands into a megaphone. I very much enjoyed this poem.

Indeed,what will we be left with? Mankind will be left with technology and a great war of it. Wow, this is excellent use of your imagination, here. I loved your DIE-SECT-O-CIDE, Ha Ha! This is truly great!

My word, where do we get such an imagination! Mantis' that now have super powers is an interesting poem in the fantasy or fiction world of poetry. I do ponder what you will come up with next! LOL
