As families learn to play some time
My favorite line...I know you will feel relief soon. My husband too. I can't wait until we can walk in that park you speak of, we have t walked together in ages.
God bless

This was beautiful and well written. However, when your last stanza came up, the rhyming scheme was different than the others and made it confusing.

It sounds like you are regaining that spring in your step again, surgery is never fun and recovery is a pain. A bit of fairy dust and magic must have been what the doctor prescribed for you : )

Your poetry is very creative, nice descriptions here of real life and experiences. It seems like the poem tells your story. Spring is alive as you feel better and no more "No longer dragging with limping pain" Good luck in your recovery.

I don't know if your second line has the intention of referring to something without fur or another word that is missing an "l" , but it appears to be an attempt at creating a word or an error. I do not see any other errors , if indeed the first one is one. Thanks for sharing

Hello Dan,
First, great news that your surgery went so well and the recovery even better.
I know people who have had the hip replacement with great success.
I love reading your fairy poems, have read most of the ones you posted last year
I'm been posting some short stories on the fairies world, myself.
Fairies certainly do bring forth magic.
(note, not sure if line two has a typo) unfurred or [unfurled]
Great to see you back

nicely done dan, you really like your fairies, so do I. I think they are by far the best nymphs of the wood. I like sprites too............meeshu

I'm so glad you are ready to get out and "let your fairies/muses play!" Your words create a lot of magic. A joy to read. Loved your rhyming pattern. Keep on getting better and better with your hip!

I like Tinkerbell, as fairies go. But as we get older it does get tougher. I believe you and I are alike in this instance, everyday is a gift. It's just that some days are better than others. Glad you're feeling better. I enjoyed your poem. Best wishes.

There is a feeling of joy in your words and how you feel so much better comes through in your poetic form. "Fairies bring forth magic to play" is a delightful line that reminds me of summer approaching.
