A very well-written Cinquain about Spring still playing tricks. The sunschine outside is deceitful and the cold an still be felt if not properly dressed against the chill.

Donna, This is a very well written Cinquain poem about the chilly rain you had. We had a day like that today also. You used very good words and very lovely art work. Best wishes in the contest! love, Teri

This is a good entry for the contest. It has been a long winter. But, i thinkwinyer did not really start until January. So, maybe that is why. It reminds me of the time I flew to sunny California in order to help spread the ashes of my mother. It was on May 15, a time of year when it is normally hot. It was freezing and snowing. I had not brought a jacket because it was hot everywhere else. A real oxymoron. Good luck in the contest. Thank you for sharing

That Spring, it is always playing games with you. I can remember when I lived near the ocean, freezing at a 4th of July fireworks show. The weather just does it own thing and there is nothing you can do. Oh well.=) Fun poem.

Spring is playing with you and tempting you to lose your jacket earlier than you should! Hopefully you won't need your jacket at all, very soon, I wish you luck with the contest, love Dolly x

This speaks the caprice of Nature, spring goes and comes or ups and downs, as morning was chill it rained well but it became sunny in the evening, enjoyed fair spring; well said, well done. DR ALCREATOR

The picture is absolutely beautiful... and the words that followed, complemented the mood, tone and scene in your poem.. Mother Nature does like being unpredictable at times... she must laugh at the weather reports, thinking how easily she could 'put them out of business' if she wanted -- they seriously under-rate her.. I really enjoyed your poem and thanks for sharing it with me..
