Oh, deare me, Bill. Your imagination is running wild and so is mine. I almost had to look away. You do make me laugh, although this is on the macabre side of things. LOL. All the best. Ulla:))

A clever and musical poem you have here and very funny too. It's like the old fishin' stories one hears with the trout growing into a whale by the end. LOL

Wait! Stop, do not pass go, do not collect two hundred dollars. Severed fingers, instead of worms, pineapples instead of juicy reds, Electric Eels instead of worms. What kind of story are you telling? What kind of malarkey are you selling? I don't know what is exactly going on, but my world just got turned upside down.

I've read that long ago, 'apple' was used for all fruits. It doesn't mean that Eve's apple was necessarily that.

Amusing tale about a worm again. With all the technology developing, we may have an e-lectric eel in some of the genetically altered fruit.

This calls for another revision of the Old Testament. Cleverly done. I was unpre-peared to learn that the pear was actually the forbidden fruit. I don't know how this gets to a pineapple, but my husband I just got a nice one from Harry and David which we thoroughly expect to eat and enjoy. Just keep the eels out of it. Excellent rhyme in this and jaunty mood carries throughout. judi

Thanks, Judi. I was referring to the average apple bitten into by the average person and finding an average half a worm.

It had better not be in the apple I buy. judi

Oh my goodness! It's a good job I've eaten lunch Bill! The thought of biting a word in two fills me with horror! I think I will cut all my apples up before eating them from now on! He h he, an inventive write Bill, love Dolly x

Your vivid imagination produces chuckles. If this is your story maybe you better stick to it. "E-lectric" a different take on electric. Gotta watch those fingers around sharp knives though.

This speaks a funny event, a story about how a small creature has been halved , but it is mysteriously a miniature electric eel has been halved, it is not a pineapple; well said, well done. DR ALCREATOR
