The first paragraph that introduces the six parakeets was eye-catching and makes you want to read what the little tweeters are up to. Many twists and turns, and humor thrown in for good measure. Bet the cat enjoyed "Red". After all, he and "Green" do go way back. Well done.

But the collective for parakeets and budgies is chatter or sometimes clatter, and crows fly in murders...excellent script.

Also a prattle. The title should be ironic as the birds are being murdered. Thanks for reviewing.

This is a good scene with the various parakeets having a meeting.
I suppose that's about how the meeting would go.
Well done and thank you for sharing this with us.

Damnit Bill, You did it again. This was a very funny tale with many twists and turns. I thoroughly enjoyable, fun read. Also takes me back to my college days in Hyde park where we have a parakeet problem.
Have a great day!

As always, Bill, priceless.
I had some crazy vivid images of a bunch of parakeets in Washington, on the branches of a tree called Casa Blanca.
I had laughs to last me this whole weekend.
Oh, uh, about the check - we stopped having them over here from the beginning of the century. It's either cards or PayPal!

Washington and Tweet City are the same place. Everyone pays in cash there. (Not as traceable)

Definitely one of the better scripts I've read. A murder of parakeets is definitely more vicious than a murder of crows, and far more entertaining. Nice twist at the end with Green feeding Red to the cat!

Oh, no! That darn cat! Where did that red feather come from? :) I loved the banter the parakeets seem to have. The dialog is good. A dark bird comedy!

I enjoyed to read your script. It's very original and has f humour. Yes why lose time on meetings I often asked myself. Thanks for sharing.

Hello, Bill,
Good little play. My favorite parts (funny as hell):
Purple: I called you together to plan a removal. We are going to eliminate the cat.
Red: Did he say we were going to incriminate Pat?
(Lights go up a few seconds later. From a rustling bush a cat steps out with bright RED feathers in its mouth.)
Take care,
Nome
