In the Shutterstock artwork, that looks like a human head atop the jellyfish. To each his own. As far as I'm concerned, I'd prefer to have no connection with jellyfish. If there are, he can keep them to himself. I realize that there is a connection between all creatures, but that doesn't mean I'd want a jellyfish attached to me. Interesting arrangement of words for your acrostic. judi

Hi Bill, I already like this Jason, and I agree that all species are connected somewhere in the chain of evolution. An unusual and wonderful acrostic. All best. Ulla:))

Jason Ectoplasm seems to be some kind of predecessor to human-like life forms? Or, are the "innumerable connections" a reference to common DNA between humans and jellyfish.

Hurray for Jason. I agree--we are all connected. He had a breakthrough that many people never get. You are going to town with your fun writes. This one is another unique formation with a great theme. Marilyn

Yikes! What the hell? What ever the hell that things id, it had better stay far the hell away from me. If I should see Mr. Ectoplasm up close, I will kill his ghost because he would bring out the violent side of my nature. LOL.

I like this acrostic. Maybe if you had a different color for the first letters, it would be more noticeable.

So, is the jellyfish the beginning of us? They don't look very human-like. lol

This one came out with a vague meaning that I let stand and be interrupted.

Pity you did not post a picture with this one. Possibly cause it is an Acrostic. He links his and our world together. Finds the connections, slowly revealing his humanity. Thanks for sharing this one.

Well, I do see the acrostic in the poem, but I have no understanding of it, other then it must in some way detail a jellyfishes existence.

It is a metaphor for how many connections humans have with each other.

Yes, the jelly fish does connect to the sandy beach with many connections on its arms. It is a good metaphor for how many connections humans have with each other.

Keep wriing
