Even without the picture, I could easily visualize "Whale World". I enjoyed the energy of your tetracyts and your use of the quote to capture our attention. Cheers- Joan

Comment from Gloria ....
Such majestic creatures these whales are. Their awesome size and power. An excellent tetractys friend, Bill. And a nice change of tone which is what makes a book rich with meaning.
Great job!

Great job with the format. I love the breathless energy in the last line, with its added length. It would be a sight to see a whale rising up from the ocean. "Behemoth" is a great word. Very colorful and lively. "Thar she blows" is another reminder from Moby Dick.

An awesome display of power. Stand too close and you will experience a salty sea shower. Hey big fella, ya wanna go for a swim, just jump right in, or you could jump on my back, but you better hold on tight cause we're gonna go deep, quick fast and in a hurry, but don't you worry, the moment you jumped in, you decided your end.

Wow! You words certainly show the power of such an event. I would love to see this for myself. One of the things on my list.
Too bad this wasn't in a contest. A sure winner.

Hello Bill,
Even when it's not Pons and Ned, you still have a way with words that draws the reader in. This made me think of Moby Dick, with your doubles entendres and magnificent artwork.
That fellow in the water, male or female, looks pretty determined to me.

Yes I've seen what I was told were blue whales off the LPD USS Wasp when I was deployed in the 90s and orca, or killer whales right off the side of our sighting boat on vacation in Alaska a couple years ago.

Bet that was an amazing sight, I have never seen a whale, but I have seen pink dolphins in the Amazon river! Love Dolly x
