I like the alliteration in your poem. I'm trying to decide if the bird was already dead when they fell, or if they died because they fell.

Your art and haiku tell a sad little tale. I love the robin's song and when I next hear it, I'll wonder if their eggs, their chicks, even if they themselves will survive. Good work with the prompt and good luck!

I like the imagery vivid as is the picture. The verse is technically correct and I especially liked the alliteration fledgling falls. An excellent entry for the death in nature contest. Good luck. Pete

Oh so sad. I have seen this happen so often, not always robins, but other baby birds. Makes me want to cry, poor little things. This very death in nature and a great 5/7/5. Good luck and Best Wishes in the Contest! Sherman541
