I love the breezy feel of these phrases. They literally bounce like the images you create with your bouncy words. This is really good work. You set a tone and created a mood that is very fitting for the illustration.

Hi Bill. Such a fun poem that is amusing and well written. Great alliteration and I love your made-up words. Image is perfect for your words. Favorite lines are:
"like baloonated baleen buoys"
and
"The grandest heliumated mammals
course the cloud-filled sky like camels
light-air-lifted Leviathan"

Enjoyed looking at the sky through this poem which looks forward to the coming of Spring. I didn't know 'baleen' was a type of whale. I just thought it was the filter for straining out all the tiny crustaceans they ate.
My favorite lines were:
"like baloonated baleen buoys"
and
"light-air-lifted Leviathan"

Thanks for the the kind review. Any whale that has the baleen system (right whale, gray whale, etc.) is known as a baleen whale.

LOL! I love the new words you used. They fit perfectly. May I use them? Hm.. I don't think you copyright words.
like ba-loon-a-ted ba-leen bu-oys
That's a real tongue twister. I had to break it into syllable to say it. It's fun to say tho. :)

Your poem reminds me of when I was a kid. I used to lay in the grass and imagine animal shapes in the clouds. I tried to do it again yesterday. The EMTs showed up.

I saw a lot of clouds, but it was at night, so I don't know what I saw.
