Hey, thank you so much for sharing your anguish on here. I pray that you find a sense of peace through expressing yourself like this. Sometimes God lets things happen in our lives to teach us a lesson throughout our life. I do not know what lesson this serves for you. Please forgive me if I am wrong! I hope that you continue to seek God's face so that He can provide you with calmness and peacefulness.

what I've learned from the lesson of the loss of losing a child is that in my particular case with my son who doing his donated his organs is that death is not the end for some lucky few but every beginning or resurrection and I have the letters to prove it from these lucky people thanks and have a blessed day doctor Ricky 1024

I'm so sorry about your son. I won't pretend to understand your grief even though I have lost loved ones as well. Everyone's experience is different but the pain is universal. Your poem was very touching and a tribute to the memory of your son. Thank you for sharing this.

A lot of emotion, and bitterness. I lost my wife in January, then the next March my mother, my only near kin, so I have had plenty of time to think about things. Excellent post.

Wow, strong and deep. It almost gives me nowhere to start, for every turn there is emotion, almost choking.
Written with through from a two dimensional outlook.
A lot of pain here, yet also a lot of understanding, through the narrative.
Hope there is solace.
My best to you, Ricky.

Talk that stuff, really getting into these types of expressed writes. Freedom to speak, opening eyes closed to see an indifference, chance to be someone else. This write makes this journey possible.

I can't imagine what it's like to lose a child. I felt the pain in this. I hope you know that your son would want you to be happy, I know it's hard. My cousin died the day after Christmas about 12 or 13 years ago. She was eight days old, my aunt went to check on her because she hadn't woken up for the next feeding, but she was already gone. They usually go on vacation over Christmas vacation. It gets them away to have fun and celebrate the holidays and her short life. Again, I can't imagine what you are going through.

Review by Henry: Ok, I should have pushed the skip button. Not because this is bad verse, it is very good. Because, it hits too close to home, a punch right to the gut. I am fortunate it was not a child, it was my wife in my arms. It was my sister, I was in the room when she was born and near by when she passed. My deepest condolences to you. I am glad your son's heart lives on.

There are emotions in your words and your use of words show the struggle to go on after a child dies. Excellent poem that shows grief and many can relate to your words.

You know my friend it makes me sad when I read about your son, that passed away at an early age. I know it has to be really hard on you each day. This poem is full of so many good words. May God bless you my friend. Teri

Writer should LIVE! It's NOT your time to die no matter how many times you tried to commit suicide--JUST LIVE. Evidentally, God Has a purpose for you to live, and probably doesn't want you to pass away. So, perhaps, you should keep writing and giving testimonials to give solace and faith and warnings to others to NOT give up. lol liberty justice

Liberty I have saved two lives who are both suicidal by telling my story and my poem here called triple suicide names I was put on the spot and a place called journey to Wellness in Toms River New Jersey to Double Trouble meeting first part is for mentally ill second part for alcohol to be not suicide at first but did somebody .
I was able to have an impact as Liberty on the woman who was going to blow her brains out but after simple lumpectomy no more breast cancer and cured after 3 months of no chemo just radiation she was fine so I was part of for miracles in 45 minutes thanks
