Lovely Limerick Bill, a fun picture of Collin the bee painted drifting from flower to flower, particularly enjoyed your dialogue which embraces the humorous imagery.

Though I'm not a limerick expert, I think the first line could be a couple of syllables more. It's the third and fourth lines which are short. I like the creative "awayin'"

Looks scary to me. This is one Bee I will be giving a wide berth. I was stung, by a swarm of wasps back when I was a kid and I have been told that If I ever receive more than one bite now, it might seem me into a state of shock, possibly resulting in my death. so I try to avoid sting insects of all type. I even swell up from the bite of an ant.

I smiled when I saw whose poem I was about to review. And I laughed out loud at your bee named Collin. You and your poems are a blessing to me. I'll be callin' on all of your poetry in the future.

Hi, Bill;
Great shot of the evil bandit, the bee. He does a lot of hit and runs, doesn't he? He will nuzzle up, take the pollen, and run. He certainly doesn't stay for a meal or anything.
Thank you for sharing,
