You leave your wife ,
and get another shape. ... And what "shape" might that be, pray tell, Ine? I'm not sure I understood the meaning of this line...

A cremation is possible,
the fire is hot and burns all of you.
Your ashes are scattered,
and make you invisible ... Not me.
While I am being cremated, afterwards my ashes will be sent to a company called BiosUrn. There they will mix my ashes with potting soil and seeds from an oak tree then place me in a biodegradable urn. They will then ship the urn back to my family where they will, in turn, plant the urn in a place of their choosing. Eventually, my remains will fertilize the seed and I'll return as a mighty oak.
They have many choices of trees available. Maple, cherry, apple and orange trees. I chose an oak for their longevity.
Now, how cool is that?

Excellent

It's insane how many couple die within the a couple months or the same year as each other. They say you can indeed die of a broken heart. You simply cannot function, the loss of wanting to live is gone. I hope you are able to move on and know that he's still with you. You're an amazing person you're loved by so many.

I have always believed in the thesis that "death is part of life". Thank you for focusing on it on your poem, along with your own feelings and reactions to your recent loss. A good thought in the artwork, but death is hard for people to accept. It is hard to let go of a loved one. Thoughts of being together in heaven may bring some comfort. You also mention the choices that have to be made--cremation of internment? What kind of music? These rituals may also offer some peace. Excellent rhyme in this, and your emotion really comes through. judi

Dear Ine, there's never a right time to die. It's Always unexpected, and even when we're old, it's Always too soon. For some who really suffer death comes as a friend. I think you do it well lately. He's Always in your mind, but at least you try to pick up your life again and I admire you. Robert will be proud of you.
