It flowed well and read well with no grammar issues as well.

Very good, and a lovely story to share.
Just a couple of minor corrections, but nothing of major import:
Second stanza, you've a small typo after 'knee' (space then comma, rather than the other way around).
Stanza three, line three, an unnecessary space before the first 'yes'.
Both insignificant in terms of the overall tale/message, of course :)
Great job, and thank you for sharing this. And, assuming it's non-fiction, congratulations :)

Thank you Don. We were married 5 months after that Valentine?s Day and we find each 14 February as special as our anniversary .
