I don't blame you for not voting. I think we need an honest candidate with no political agenda on one side or the other, since our country is so polarized. Oprah, like Obama and Hillary, is too far left. Cruz was too far right. Bernie was far too far left. Donald is far too uncontrolled and is somewhere up in the clouds. Where are the "presidents" like Eisenhower and Reagan? We trusted these men and believed they cared about the whole country, regardless of what state or city you lived in. Times were upbeat then. We felt patriotic.
Since Bush's wars and Obama's disasterous policies we now have a young generation HATING America. And the left leads them on, hoping to destroy our Judeo-Christian history and polite traditions. They have succeeded too well, and it's frightening.
Where are you, Mr./Ms. President? Where is the person who cares about America's future and has the Reaganesque ability to bring us TOGETHER?

But I didn't vote for Killary Clinton or The Donald.
I wrote my dog's name on the ballot as a write-in candidate.
I figured, Hey, what the heck, why not? She's honest and as loyal as the day is long. She doesn't take any crap off the "Big Dogs". She's pretty quiet, except for when someone is prowling around outside the house that shouldn't be.
As you yourself stated, it couldn't get any worse than it already is, right?

As for Oprah, advocating death to old white men won't do her any favours and in fact ruins her reputation in some ways too. It's hard to fight racism with racism...
I enjoy the rumours that 'The Rock' is going to run. That would be something to see...

This is so interesting for me as I live in Australia and we hear such different points of view re your President. Agree with you- why not have Oprah as President - she does appear to care about the real problems and gas the interests of women at hear heartbreaker. Good picture too!
