I enjoyed your poem very much. Good job with the alliteration of 'd' in last line. Maybe these ducks can sniff out drugs better because of their duckbill--maybe drug sniffing dogs better take a lesson. The picture is perfect. My comments are all in fun. Please don't take offence. I arrived at an airport twenty years ago and we had to stand in the same area as the luggage while the dogs came through. One got so excited that he sat down, as trained, but then stood, yelped, sat, barked, then messed all over. The handlers could only laugh and suspect they had found a big winner.

Funny stuff. A drug sniffing duck is a just plain wacky idea. I love your opening description. The idea of a duck whistling is silly as well. And the end? It's poetry, pardon the pun.

Drug Duck huh? Just so long as he does not get high on the supply. The way he performs in the water whether it is hot or cold makes him look a little suspicious. I mean how can you swim in water for hours and emerge not wet. I'd watch that guy very carefully.

This speaks a prank because the duck sniffs the suitcase and whistles a tune and drops a deuce, it appears something untoward, police arrest its owner, law has a large hand; I liked.
