This should be everyone's speech practice everyday. What a poem. What research had to have been to follow Sneaky Simon and his sheep stealing. I will be reading it a few more times.

Haha. Oh, that sneaky Simon!! :)

It's difficult to have a poem make sense when all of the letters begin the same, but yours totally did make sense, and it made me laugh. Love the repetition in "saw some shepherds sleep, sleep, sleep." The picture is priceless and is the perfect complement to your poem.

I suspect that your poem will fare very well in this contest. It's the best that I've read so far. Best wishes for the contest with this very fine entry. ~~ Connie

thank you for sharing your Letter poem using the letter, 's.' You have a great deal of alliteration (as you should,) and your words flow well. You managed to make the piece make sense as well as fit the poetic form. Good luck in the contest,

You've created quite a tongue-twister here! I can't help rather liking sneaky Simon, stealing away on his Suzuki with his spoils! Just a couple of possible edits.
"snoozers - boozers (snoozer-boozers)"
"secretly sells sweep (sheep?)"
"Sneaky Simon sneakung (sneaking) still"
I think my favorite line - one that I'm still trying to get my tongue around - is: "Slacker shepherds sang swan songs"!

You must have a bloodhound nose, or an eagle eye.
Nary a glitch will pass you by.
    Thanks once again, Tony
