Clearly one without sight, who is in pursuit of sustenance can do much harm. When your body hurts, you forget about some problems, but when your stomach hurts, from hunger, you can and will forget about everything.

I hit a mole with my lawn mower. He didn't shoot out so he must be painted inside the mower deck. Great.

This speaks how the small insectivorous mammal acts in diversity on and under surface and chase earthworms and grubs blindly and lives like a pest; I liked.

But consider how they aerate the soil. lol
Never had a problem with moles. But I hear they are a real pest. Poor little guys can't see, but still they manage.

Moles are murder in my yard. My dog used to have fun digging them up, she has gone to her reward. My reward is a mole invasion.

This poem is well written. It has an excellent image of a mole. However, we have to remember that all things contribute to this world, otherwise they would not have evolved. Thank you for sharing your work.

I was waiting to read more, good thoughts about a mole, I was hoping more to it
the essential meaning as you began was poignant. Often brief poems get to the point rather than long drawn out poems, but this one really cut to the chase. More like the philosophical thoughts of cowboys riding off into the sunset, yes, this mole came a left us much too quickly.
