Yes, gratitude is a very good theme because there are many, many topics that can go under this main theme. Again, you chose a nice topic. The flow was good. The arrangement is understandable and effective. The flow is smooth.

There was no SPAG. No typos. No homophones. No problems at all.

After reading 'I Am Grateful for Almost Everything', I find that it meets the requirements of the contest and makes a good entry.
The image shown supports the poem. The background goes well with the art and color of font chosen.

One tiny suggestion, if I may?

There have been things or persons
I am not happy about.
But who has these not? (suggest:)
(But who doesn't have these?)

Sounds more like the rest of the poem and not as stilted. (IMO. )
