This is well suited to the city limits. I really like the descriptions which jell together well. I don't think voices clang, but the fire engine does.
I would like a capital here and there too. Thanks for showing.

Clang to me is loud and clashing so I took a chance with the word to go with the symphony image, but it probably is a stretch. Thanks for the observation.

A capital will give it more importance.

This brought me back to my home town, New York. the cacophony of sounds and voices that make up the music of the city. I think it captures a sense of it, but it could be longer and unroll out into the clambor of the city estory

This 5-7-5, Sounds of the City, has the correct formatting and suggests the cacophony of sounds in the city might possibly be a form of music on its own. Hmmm.

The contrast between the sounds of the first two lines and the third was a nice touch. The "voices clang" strikes me as an odd pairing. I do like the idea of "tempo changes" for a poem about the city.
