Man, talk about chewing the fat, chewing a persons ear off, or even think about filling a person'es ear with horse plucky. If you would listen to advice of a horse who is not running in the race you are betting on means, that you are a sucker, Take that horse instead somewhere, establish ownership and make a million bucks over a horse that really talks.

Looking at several shots of thus pose, the horse is actually trying to bite his ear and eventually does.

Oops, that's not a good thing. Horses are gorgeous, but they can be a little attitudinal.

When I saw the horse whispering in the man's ear, Mr. Ed came to mind. I loved that talking horse. Anyhow, the poem fits perfectly to the art and the image in my mind. Great humorous poem. Thanks for bringing back a childhood memory.
