Sad that he died, but look at all the people he gave life to. Organ donations are very important. We certainly don't need our organs when we die. I wish more folks would be donors. I could use a new lung. :)

My friend Joe needs a kidney but does well in dyalisis three times weekly.
At 71 GE still works regularly.

I wish I had a six for you, Ricky, this is beautiful. I agree with your plea for doners, I have left my body for them to take whatever they want when I die. My father had so much wrong with him, there wasn't much to donate, but he have sight to four people, which I was amazed at. Why wouldn't anyone donate? What use is it to them after they have died? Their spirit is alive and well in Heaven, their coat is either burnt or buried. I thought your poem was sadly sweet, and I felt your pain. I'm so sorry for your loss. Go, I received a similar response to this from another female writer.
Seven family members and a police officer were gunned down and all killed.
Didn't here about it here in Jersey

I am a nurse and have dwelt with situations such as this that were heartbreaking. The loss of a loved one is nothing short of horrific, but organ donation gives humans a precious opportunity to take a tragic situation and use it to give someone else a second chance. In my opinion, it also gives the victim a chance to create a beautiful legacy.
