Very nixe juxtaposition of the doctor and patient. I love the alliteration as well as the use of over- twice for both doctor and patient. Very good job!

Good picture. I like your choice of adjectives, quite creative. I've not heard of 'dunned' . In Ireland we don't pay to go to the doctors so we are very lucky but some doctors are 'pretentious' MaggieF
