Good job with this humorous write. The color differentiation lets the reader know that two people are speaking. It sounds like the landlord won't have a rental for much longer. Marilyn

This is very funny and I like the presentation. Using a colour for each speaker is a good idea.

This is truly a funny nonsense poem as it speaks the affair and event, how nonsense the renter behaves and acts; I enjoyed the read, humour and real act of nonsense.

This poem is funny, but it also makes sense. There are probably citizens in my city who can verify the dialog is TRUE. I especially like stanza 4 and the satirical tone of the whole poem.
