This found poem, Healthcare, touches on the current attempt to once again give tax cuts to those poor ailing billionaires at the expense of tyhe elderly. I hope all those who think they're safe in their conservative districts get a big prostate check in the mid-term elections.

It just gets worse and worse. When Obama care was passed, my husbands factory dropped our BlueCross/Bluesheild...exchanged it for a far inferior insurance. Now, I've had 2 heart attacks...I'm covered by my husbands insurance until he retires....4 more years...then ...nothing??? I am determined to become a burden on society. (smile) Great entry Miss Portia, blessings...

I am so sorry to hear the problems our leaders caused and are still causing. Obama care did not affect me as I was protected because I am on disability through Medicare and ChampVa... To be honest who can we trust to tell the truth about what will occur until after the bill is passed. I have heard some many different things. Thanks sweetie for your very kind review. Well, we still have insurance, but a lesser quality that costs twice as much. I just refuse to get sick, ha ha. I'm sure it will all work out. It always does! Blessings to you!!!

Sweetie, you are clearly wrong. I imagine one can read this "found poem" and take its meaning differently. In the midterm election many politicians will probably be finding a new job, because of how they are only thinking of themselves and not really trying to find a solution for healthcare for the people. A rush through solution for the President.
I believe only the Trump supporters are satisfied. In the midterm, if I feel my representative in the State in which I live didn't vote for the good of the people, he will not be getting my vote again. The recent vote on Capitol Hill and the celebration was sickening.
I pray that the Senate will take their time and work out a solution that will work for all the people, if not our fate will be sealed. Robyn, thanks do much for your review and I totally agree with you it is indeed a scary thing to hear what is going on up there. Blessings and have a wonderful day.

thank you for sharing your entry in the Found contest. Wouldn't it be lovely to 'find' a solution to the healthcare discussion? I fear for the millions who will lose their healthcare, and I don't see any provision for those that can't afford their care - the next week should be very interesting.
