I must say that taking any adventure with you and the family would be fine entertainment, only missing the buttered popcorn, and I for damn sure am not going drinking with any of you. Since you all get snookered, and then, I know what comes next. You all start puking your guts out wherever you are. LOL! Seriously, thanks for sharing another fun chapter. :-)

I must say that taking any adventure with you and the family would be fine entertainment, only missing the buttered popcorn, and I for damn sure am not going drinking with any of you. Hmmmmm; doesn't sound like a relaxing vacation to me at all. No wonder Bruni is upset. I've learned that vacations that are 'too planned' rarely work. About seven years ago, before the grandchildren, the adult children and us went to Disney World and Universal Studios. Three days of 'fun,' in a row, in the parks, was planned. By the end of Day Two, I thought I was going to die. I begged for a reprieve, but the kids insisted I come for Day Three. I was Bruni for the entire day, and everyone regretted I'd decided to come. Vacations are planned with a day between activities these days.

It was a blast, really. Except for the bike ride ending, which I hope to post Part 2 tomorrow. We have been very fortunuate to share a great relationship with our traveling in-law's, and we did things my husband and I would not have done had we gone alone...I can relate to your Disney/Universal adventure. We did it years ago when I was much younger and had lots of stamina, but it would be a nightmare now at my age! Thanks again for the great review and have a great weekend!

Hi Michael, thank you so much for the great review. Brunhilda is taking over my FanStory, and getting a big head to boot! Hawaii is wonderful, skip the bike trip. Haleakula at sunrise is amazing, if you are going to Maui. Just bring blankets from the hotel because is it cold at 10,023 feet, even in Hawaii. Have a great weekend!

"My horse was gifted with double-wide sidewalls and zero shock absorbers. I resembled the guy in the first position from the Village People performing Y.M.C.A. after de-horsing. My "Y" just happened to be upside down."
This is vivid, edgy writing with a bite and wit.
Story reminded me of the disastrous Hawaiian vacation trip recounted in the film "Mike and Dave Need Wedding Dates." You have enough material to write you own film.
